I'm posting this stuff to document and time stamp this, what I deem a intimitating tactic by the County of Santa Clara to scare money that they know is not my responsibility. They are not going for truth and correctness, they are just trying to get "their" money any way they can, however unethical and underhanded it is.
Also: no one called me back, considering the timeliness and importance they are imposing on me, they seem to be not putting it on the front burner, giving more fuel to the fire that they are more like a collection agency than County Government.
