The wind!

I almost worked on the boat today except for the wind! ....so I didn't. But the fact that I almost did is a good sign. ...sometimes it takes awhile.

Still nothing doing with the boat

...although I did fire it up yesterday to keep the engine "current." When something does happen with the pain in the butt boats that's worth posting, hey, i'm the type of guy that will post it pronto!

I want to thank both Indigo and Gaz for their kind words. I am doing real good. every day and every way, everything is getting better and better!

life goes on.....

....but not the boat. Although I'm feeling better and better about the marriage break-up and getting back on track, ...still, working on the boat has been put in the back burner....for now! You can bet I'll get revved up again and back in the back garage tent listening to old scratchy vinyl records as I while away the day that God has given me to restore that classic mahogany runabout!

Time to cheer up!

I'm not trying to be a downer, and may have got my dauber down a bit (see the previous post). Well, thanks for your support and right now, the sun has come out and is shining on my back door! ...Out of the muck can grow the lotus. Let's keep our hearts and minds open as we bring in the new. I'm sounding like a broken record, but the weather and the crumbled marriage are taking their toll.....not a fun time around here these days.
